The Bellevue Downtown Arts Market returns this July, celebrating arts and culture in the heart of downtown Bellevue. The Bellevue Downtown Arts Market brings the original work of over 150 artists to Bellevue in an open-air showcase of sculpture, jewelry, home décor, wood and glass work, fabrics and more. The event includes showcases at the Bellevue Arts Museum and the out-door pop-up exhibits house an eclectic mix of outstanding arts and crafts and provides the opportunity to discover the perfect treasure, from baskets and beadwork to paintings and pottery. Bellevue Arts Museum hosts the largest award-winning arts & crafts festival in the Northwest.
The Bellevue Downtown Arts Market is one of the Northwest Favorite Annual arts and crafts fair location in the heart of the Northwest. Founded in 1984 by Steve King and other craftspeople as an alternative to the Pacific Northwest Arts and Crafts fair the Downtown Arts Market was originally called the Bellevue Arts Festival and the “Rest of the Best Fest”. Local merchants collaborate with the artists and craftspeople and many of the business owners donate proceeds to local artists and charities.
