The Georgia Renaissance Festival has delighted guests for four decades, bringing the joys of the 16th century to life with a Renaissance flair like no other. This year, our milestone anniversary promises to be the most extraordinary festival yet, with new surprises, special events, and beloved traditions returning to our village. Come explore the Kingdom of Newcastle and become part of history as we celebrate 40 years of unforgettable experiences!

• APRIL 12 & 13 – Opening Weekend!
  Buy One – Get One Free! Purchase one adult admission and get one adult ticket free.

• APRIL 18 & 19 – CosPlay Weekend
  Time Warp – CosPlay Weekend! Costume contests, photo ops, and special guests.
  Pet Friendly Weekend! Bring your dog or cat on a leash with you to the Festival. Pet costume contests, and more! Click here for pet registration and info.
  College Weekend! College students get in for $5 at the Gate. Must show valid college ID.

• APRIL 26 & 27 – KIDS FREE WEEKEND!
  One child 12 and under free with each paid adult! Special kidcentric guests, contests and surprises!

• MAY 3 & 4 – Romance Weekend!
  Love is in the air this weekend and romance reigns. Special promotions to be announced soon!
  Fairy House Competition judging on Saturday – Free flowers to the first 100 mothers through the gate on Sunday.

• MAY 10 & 11 – Highland Fling Weekend
  Celebrate your Celtic heritage this weekend and enter some fun contests. Haggis eating, bagpiping, Irish dancing, and more!

• MAY 17 & 19 – Pirates Plunder Weekend
  Weigh anchor and enter our Adult and Child costume contests, shop for plunder, and feast like a landlubber.

• MAY 24, 25, 26 – Memorial Day Weekend
  Three full days to play in our village. Watch for special events to be announced!

• MAY 31 & JUNE 1  – Last Huzzah Weekend
  Your last chance this year to eat, drink, and be merrie!..
