The Glowing Wild Lantern Festival returns to the McConnell Arboretum & Botanical Gardens at Turtle Bay—a dazzling outdoor experience for all ages, running from Friday, April 4 through Sunday, June 8, 2025.

Wander through a breathtaking landscape of over 50 larger-than-life illuminated lantern sculptures, from majestic wildlife and botanicals to mythical creatures and underwater scenes. Set along peaceful garden paths, this glowing spectacle blends traditional Chinese lantern artistry with modern technology, creating a magical journey through light, color, and sound.
