Kingdom Day Parade

Celebrating the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, the 39th annual Kingdom Day Parade runs for 3 miles through the streets of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Crenshaw Blvd, Western, and Vernon Ave. The Kingdom Day Parade is the largest celebration of Martin Luther King and is a televised event. Â The parade features a variety of marching bands, drill teams, equestrians, floats, celebrities, and more. The event will conclude with a festival held at Leimert Park.
